Information PC James Watt of Sandy. He was called to assist Arthur Richardson, Gentleman of Sandy as 3 men were fishing in his father's (Rev. John Richardson) meadow. William Fowler, Shoemaker of Sandy and another man were close to the brook and both had gleaves for taking eels. They ran away but PC Watts caught Fowler. Fine 10/6, Costs 9/6
