    George Whiteman [Copy of his Examination]. Is 19. b. Maulden. When he was 5 or 6 yrs. moved with his father to Houghton Conquest, which he thinks is his father's place of legal settlement. Lived there until 17. In 1832 hired himself to Mr. Henry Dillamore, farmer of Upper Caldecote "to look after the nag horses, cows and pigs and do any other work about the yard." Wages 4 gns. for 1st year, £4. 14. 0. for 2nd year. Is a single man. Has repeatedly applied to Parish Officers of Houghton Conquest for relief, which he has received. 18 Dec. 1834. Copy of order of removal from Houghton Conquest to Northill attached.
