2) John Harvey of Northill Esquire.
Recites that parties are seized of lands in the parish of Northill, and that 1) had applied to the Tithe Commissioners for an exchange. Consent of the Bishop of Ely as Ordinary, and of the Wardens and Commonalty of the Mystery of Grocers of the City of London, as Patrons, had been obtained
NOW Land described in schedule a) to be exchanged to 2), and land in schedule b) to be exchanged to 1), - land adjoining Northill rectory house - viz:
a) Plot 2, part of ancient glebe (1972 sq.feet, superficial)
b) Plot 1, Land (1972 sq.feet, superficial)
