    for an annual rent of £12 by equal quarterly payments commencing 25 December 1907 of (a) Close of pasture land in Woburn containing 4ac 1r 30p now or late in the occ of George Norman .... except and reserving all timber trees, all minerals, and the exclusive right for the Landlord, his servants and others authorised by him to preserve, hunt, course, shoot and sport, and to take ground foxes and wildfowl to hold from year to year determinable by six calendar months notice in writing within a year of tenancy given by either party to the other Includes covenants: The Council - shall use the land as a recreation ground and make suitable Bye Laws for the regulation of such Ground and be responsible for its management and control - shall not erect any buildings or undertake levelling or alterations without the consent of the Landlord - shall not lop, top, cut or prune the timber trees - shall not break up, pare or burn any pasture land - at the end of tenancy shall remove all fittings and reinstate the surface to its present condition The Landlord - will pay the Land Tax and property tax - will, at the commencement of the tenancy, repair the gates, posts, fences, ditches, culverts, drains and watercourses Dorse T.Wilson of Park Farm Office for the Duke of Bedford
