Not to underlease or share the farm. Not to feed anyone else’s livestock on the farm. To use farm for farming purposes only. To keep and produce for i) any notices affecting the land. No footpaths to be created. To cultivate land properly and maintain stock proof fences. Covenants as to payment of rent and procedures in case of non-compliance.
