Now in consideration of £500 paid by ii) to i), i) conveys to ii) - piece of land comprising orchard and garden known as 'Fairmount Orchard' or 'Aggie's Orchard' at Lympstone, Devon (1½a) being no 146 on O S map for Lympstone - situate on the property (as shown on plan on deed) it is agreed that ii) shall hold the property upon trust for sale to hold capital and profits in trust for themselves as joint tenants Until 21 yrs from death of last survivor of ii) the trustees of this deed shall have power to mortgage, lease, or dispose of said property
