    namely Reginald Maurice Roe of London Road, David Oliver Woodward of Speedwell Farm and Raymond Richard Arnold of George Street, all of Woburn, for 99 years at 10s per annum of a) a parcel of land on the south east side of the main road leading from Woburn to Husborne Crawley in Woburn together with the swimming bath and other buildings on part thereof .....excluding the park wall on the north east side of the property, which remains the property of the vendors, and excepting and reserving a right of entry to the vendors for the maintenance of the park wall .....including a right to run overflow water into the stream situate on the adjoining property of the vendors on the north east side Includes obligations on the Trustees: - to keep all hedges, fences and gates in good repair, and the gates locked when the premises are not in use - to make arrangements for laying out a swimming bath - not to assign or underlet without written consent of the Landlord except for vesting the term in the Trustees - the Trustees shall not become entitled to right of light, air, drainage or other easement which would restrict or prejudicially affect the free user of the building by the owners of Woburn Park or any adjoining lands - not to cut down any trees or bushes, or remove soil or other materials, without the consent of the Landlord - not to erect any buildings except pavilions and sheds approved by the Landlord - to do any pulling down of buildings in a workmanlike manner and to restore the site as far as possible to its present condition and pay the landlord adequate compensation for any damage caused - the Trustees shall apply for an order vesting the property as a Charity and shall thence be run by a Management Committee the Management Committee shall have: - six elected members who will be elected at an Annual General Meeting; - three representative members appointed by the parish council and one by each of the following bodies: British Legion Woburn Ridgmont and Husborne Crawley Branch Parochial Church Council of Woburn 54th Bedfordshire Woburn Scout Group Woburn Guide Company Woburn Primary County School Management Committee St Mary’s Youth Club Woburn Management Committee Woburn Football Club Women’s Institute Woburn Branch - the power to co-opt not more than five members Dorse Robert Bernard Hobourn and Albert Robert Franklin, members of the parish council
