Report of Inspector Frederick Smith stationed at Biggleswade. He was on duty in the High Street, Biggleswade with PC s Busby and Hebbes when he saw Mary Ann Austin, common Prostitute drunk and using obscene language. She continued to use obscene language as her sister took her home. She became so violent that her friends put her out of the house, Inspector Smith took her into custody and she continued to be violent for more than an hour.
