Report of PC Thomas Woods stationed at Blunham. He was on duty at Blunham when he saw John Odell, Labourer of Blunham, lying in the highway in a helpless state of drunkenness with a crowd of children round him. PC Woods lifted up but he was unable to stand to he took him home in a wheelbarrow. Fine 5/-. Costs 8/6. No goods. 14 days hard labour
