    Report of Inspector of Police, Frederick Smith, stationed at Biggleswade, who was accompanied by PC Busby. They were on duty in Brewery Lane when Frederick Tomalin, Labourer of Biggleswade came up the road with a prostitute. He was drunk and speaking in a very loud voice. He refused to go home and continued to make a great noise. Fine 2/6. Costs 8/6
