Memorandum of conviction: Thomas White of Steventon, labourer, of stealing a quantity of hurdles forming a dead fence and a quantity of posts the property of Mark Roe of Steventon, farmer, from Boon's Close, Turvey, which fence posts etc were found on Thomas White's premises. Forfeit 6 pence over and above the value of the fence and 2 shillings and three pence being the value of the same and a further 12 shillings and 6 pence costs.
