Parish formed from part of St Mary's. Situated in Upper George Street this church was opend by licence in 1857 and consecrated by the Lord Bishop of Ely in 1861. The church was substantially added to and altered over time. The closing service of the church took place on 27th June 1975 and the church was declared redundant by Order in council of 17th March 1976.
