Originally opened as a mission church of the parish of Christ Church, Luton in 1907l. All Saints became a parish in its own right in 1922. The current church building was dedicated in May 1923 with the original building becoming the church hall. By 1979 All Saints was combined with the parish of St Peter, Luton into the joint benefice of Luton, All Saints with St Peter.
