    By which (iii) paid £450 to (i) by direction of (ii) and (ii) paid £550 to (i), (i) and (ii) conveying to (iii) the Cricket Field of 8/0/15 in Aspley Guise reserving to (i) a right of way [shown in more detail on a plan which is not present] subject to any modus or supply of faggots or furze and subject also to stipulations in first schedule. First Schedule states that: the land is to be kept for public recreation of inhabitants of Aspley Guise; no building to be erected on it except sports pavilion or weather shelter; Aspley Guise Cricket and Football Clubs and other Aspley Guise clubs have first right to use the land; Football Clubs shall not play on a larger part of the cricket table than is absolutely necessary; Cricket Club to have the right to fence off part of cricket table not used for football during the Winter; ground may be closed to public for matches not more than 12 days a year; part of ground to be used as a children’s playground; no trees to be cut down without permission of (ii); Parish Council to keep up a fence. Second Schedule notes a conveyance of 23 Jan 1912 between Ermyntrude Madeline Adrienne Mahon and Fred Hall and a conveyance of 8 Jan 1919 between Sir Fred Hall and (i).
