  • Title
Report of PC Joseph Hebbes stationed at Biggleswade Police Station. He was on duty at the Police station when Kate Wilson (back of document shows a different name which is unreadable) was brought into the station on another charge. After she was put into a cell there was a great deal of noise and the sound of breaking glass. Looking through the eye hole PC Hebbes saw the prisoner standing on the bench, breaking the window with her shoe. When he went into the cell to remove her shoes Wilson was very violent, seizing his sleeve and trying to get his arm into her mouth. She also tried to kick him. PC Hebbes called for assistance. Mr Sounding and another man came to his assistance and they all had difficulty making her loose his shirt. They took her shoes away but she said she would raise up the place if they didn't let her have her children with her. Front of document Fines and Costs 3/6. Back of document notes Withdrawn.
