Scope and Content
Lease for two hundred years of a 3 acre meadow in Cardington.
i) Robert Myldmay & John Cason, citizens and grocers of London; Edward Cason of Middle Temple, London, Esquire, and William Plomer of Hill in the County of Bedford Esquire
ii) John Pecke of Harrowden in the parish of Cardington, County of Bedford, yeoman and Oliver Pecke, son of the said John Pecke.
In consideration of £60 paid to William Plomer by ii) William Plomer lets to farm the following land:
Close of pasture (3 acres) with all buildings, appurtenances, woods timber etc. in Harrowden for 200 years paying to Robert Myldmay and John Cason one peppercorn on the feast of St Michael if it be demanded.
