in which RSS paid £100 to Public Trustee by direction of RHMW acting by Official Solicitor and acting by the direction of RHMW as mortgagee for land on south side of Spinney Lane, Aspley Guise, with a frontage of 33 feet and the soil in Spinney Lane insofar as it abutted on property subject to rights of way to hold discharged from legal charge, which would continue on other property. RSS undertook to erect a post and wire fence on east boundary and to plant a quickset hedge [for conveyance of this land to Aspley Guise Parish Council see PC Aspley Guise 4/31].
