    Reciting a Vesting Deed of 3 Oct 1951 between: Grace Milicent White of The Malting Close, Aspley Guise, widow and a Public Trustee; Alphra Margaret White of the Malting Close, Aspley Guise, spinster; and Richard How Maunsell White of Basingstoke [Hampshire] acting by Official Solicitor. GMW and the Public Trustee assented to the vesting in RHMW of all freehold property as in first schedule on trusts in the will of E.H.White, that schedule detailing (a) O.S. plot 43, The Old Bowling Green of 0.419 acres [marked in pencil “formerly Pl 69], Bedfordshire T & AF Association; (b) O.S. plot no.127, Spinney Lane, 0.375 acres. Also reciting memo regarding a conveyance of 27 Jun 1961 between R.H.M.White (by Official Solicitor), Public Trustee, R.H.M.White and John Foll on other land. Also reciting a legal charge of 20 Nov 1956 between R.H.M.White (by Official Solicitor), G.M.White and Public Trustee (as trustees) and G.M.White and Public Trustee (as mortgagees), reciting a Court of Protection Order of 17 Jul 1956 in which Official Solicitor, on behalf of R.H.M.White was ordered to raise £1,800 at 5½% per annum; the operative part being that GMW and PT as mortgagees paid to GMW and PT as trustees and at the request of RHMW £1,800 RHMW had charged by way of legal mortgage on O.S. plots 43 and 127 in Aspley Guise. Endorsed with various memoranda including one to the effect that £800 had been discharged from the debt. Also reciting a transfer of mortgage of 11 Mar 1960 from Public Trustee to R.H.M.White acting by Official Solicitor of £1,800 which formed part of a legacy fund settled by will of E.H.White dec’d and that G.M.White had died on 28 Jan 1959 on her death the said fund being distributed and that the share of R.H.M.White was more than £1,800. Also reciting Order for Sale of Settled Land by Court of Protection in the case of R.H.M.White, 28 Apr 1960.
