Taylor's Charity. Conveyance to uses. Matt. Woolhead (son of M.W.), yeomen, to Sus. W. (widow M.W. sen.) & John W. (son of M.W. sen.); of Clapham. [Recites Will of M.W. sen., dated 17 Jan. last past [1707/8], whereby he devised to w. Sus., his cottage at Marston Moretaine in occ. of Geo. Abnall, shoemaker, for life; & then to son John for ever. And to Matt. W., & heirs for ever, his farmhouse & appurtenant lands in Marston Moretaine & Wootton]. -- The said cottage in Marston Moretaine. (To hold to said Sus. for life; & to sd. John & heirs for ever). Witn: F. Brace jun. & John Penington.
