    Reciting that i) has recently transferred to ii) £250 raised in Cotton End for establishment of a Village Hall. Now to declare the trusts of the said sum ii) will hold property, money etc on trust to acquire or build a Village Hall. Any property so acquired to be held on trust for the purposes of physical and mental training, recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development of inhabitants of Cotton End or its immediate vicinity. Committee of Management of not more than 17 to be set up of whom 13 shall be elected at the first general meeting and on each subsequent appointment of members at the AGM. 4 organisations in 2nd column of schedule shall each appoint one member. Power to co-opt 4 more members from other organisations AGM to be called in April. 1st meeting to be in April 1953. Any additional members to be voted on by a 2/3 vote of the Committee. All Committee to retire annually at the AGM. Power given to fill casual vacancies. Other powers of Committee defined. Financial powers of Committee set out. If Committee decide to discontinue use of Trust premises, then public meeting to be called. Money raised to be used in purchase of other premises or for such other charitable purposes as inhabitants decide and Minister of Education approves. With schedule of 4 people appointed by the Cotton End Youth Club, The Cotton End United Football Club, the Women's Institute and Eastcotts Parish Council.
