now in consideration of £1 i) conveys to ii) - piece of land in Cotton End, fronting High Road from Bedford to Shefford (as on plan attached) which was conveyed to i) by conveyance of 1 September 1960 between Simon Whitbread and i) To hold as joint tenants ii) hold the property on trust for sale and shall hold the proceeds on trust for themselves as joint tenants Until 21 years from death of survivor of ii), trustees shall have power to mortgage or dispose of the property. ii) covenant not to erect any buildings on any part of the property i) recognises right of ii) to copy of conveyance of 1 September 1960 Signature of Director (W B Rogers?) and Secretary (A Pedington?) of i).
