Wilson of Warden, dairyman, 2 tenements in Fenlake in Cardington, in which Luke Watts and Widow Thody dwells, in trust for sale and payment of debts. To wife Ruth A., his tenement at Harrowden, with pightles & arable, for life; & then to son Wm.; and in case he should die without heirs, the property is to be sold, and charged with legacies to: Ruth, Jas., Mary, Sarah and Hannah Wilson (chdn. of bro. Jas. W.), and to sd. Jas. W. for the benefit of Mary, John, Edw. & Jas. Wilson (chdn. of "brother", John Wilson), and to sis. Eliz. Bull. Execx: wife Ruth.
