"I do hereby Promise and agree to pay to the Inhabitants of the Town of Bedford or such of them as shall Sue for the same the Sum of One Hundred Pounds In Case I shall Innoculate and Visit for the Small Pox or cause to be Innoculated & visited for the Small Pox any Person or Persons whomsoever within the said Town of Bedford as shall not be an Householder or an Inhabitant therein".
