    Photocopy of draft conveyance n.d (Working draft) i) Bedfordshire County Council ii) Harlington Parish Council iii) Vicar and Churchwardens of Harlington i) Has agreed to sell to ii) property as in schedule for £7000 Part of said property was acquired under the provision of the School Sites Act 1841 and such part continues at date of this deed to be used as a school by deed of 26 August 1859 a) Owen Wethered Charles Florance Young Henry Methold b) The Rev Truman Tanqueray Charles Moore c) George Pearse d) George Ambrose Butler John Warren Foll Benjamin Franklin The Vicar and Churchwardens may have certain rights in the property By Memorandum of Arrangement of 6 March 1873 1) George Thompson Johnson John Warren Poll William John Buckmaster 2) [Deed defective] Right to use property at such times as it should not be required for school purposes and also during one day each year, was given Reciting also indenture of 4 August 1896 A) Thomas Chapman William Frederick Green B) Louisa Pigot Chapman C) Boteler Chernocke Smith D) William Spencer Ferdinand Albert Shaw William Frederick Higgs E) School Board for District of Harlington now in consideration of £7000 paid by ii) to i) i) As beneficial ownerpursuant to Section 14 of School Sites Act 1841 and to Section 90 of Education Act 1944 conveys to ii) - Property as in schedule Subject to exceptions as in schedule and to covenant as to fencing in above deed of 4 August 1896 iii) convey to i) - all such estate as they may have in property as described in schedule ii) covenant with i) and as a separate covenant with iii) that property will not be used except for community use and use set out in schedule and such other purposes as may be required subject to consent of i) and iii) Schedule - piece of land at Church Road, Harlington - buildings situated thereon known as Harlington Old Lower School Excepting to iii) the right to use the said property for the purpose of religious education and meetings so long as buildings remain fit and suitable for the same. If unfit then compensation - arbitrator if necessary to be the President of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
