To hold subject to exceptions and reservations as in Schedule and also as to covenant as to fencing as in deed of 4 August 1896
iii) as trustees release the property from any claims in previous deeds and any estate they may have in the property
Property not to be used except for community use and use set out in Schedule, or for such other purposes as may be required subject to consent of i) and iii) which shall not be unreasonable withheld save that iii) shall not be required to consent to use which would impede use as mentioned in Schedule

Reserving to iii) the right to use said property on Sunday for purpose of religious education
