(i) Humph. Monoux of Wootton esq. & Ric. Stone of Ridgmont, esq.;
(ii) Geo. Garth of Surrey esq.
Humph. Monoux has obtained judgment for 3000 debt against
Ric. Stone and s. Ric. Stone, and assigns this to Geo. Garth
in consideration for Brogborough pastures, Ridgmont,
conveyed to him by indenture of even date.
