Jn. Robinson. 12 years ago let himself to Rich. Ravens, Ridgmont. Apprenticed to Jones Gibson, Kempston, blacksmith for 7 years; no consideration money was paid, nor any Kings duty, and after 4 years they parted by mutual consent, his master delivering up his indenture. Since then he has let himself as journeyman blacksmith to Hen. Haines of Wootton; Hen. Haines, of Kempston; and then to Jn. Kilpin of St. Pauls at ½ a guinea per week, but after 2 months agreed to work "by the rate according to the work done" and continues to work under this agreement. Last year married in St. Pauls to w. Eliz. The first month he worked for Kilpin he lodged in St. Cuthberts but since then in St. Pauls.
