    i) Hector Percy Whiskin, 65, Barton Road, Harlington, company director Eleanor Mary Lee, Wood Farm, Harlington Arthur John Giles, Hillside, Sundon Road, Harlington Frederick James Maycock, 49, Westoning Road, Harlington Company director (the trustees) ii) Harlington Parish Council Reciting deed of conveyance of 22 March 1962 a) Dame Dorothy Agnes Richmond Charles Sydney Moore John Bentley Talbot b) Trustees Trusts are set out in second schedule to this deed The Minister of Education has made an Order authorising the lease of the land ii) will maintain and improve said land for the benefit of inhabitants of Harlington as a park or recreation ground Now i) demise to ii) - land in first schedule Reserving to i) the right to enter and occupy the land for purposes set out in clause 3 Also right of way over said land to Sports Field - also a piece of land belonging to i) Term - 21 years from 1 June 1970 To intent that said land may be held as a recreation ground and playing field for the people of Harlington Rent - £1 p.a. Various covenants as to condition of land, no underleasing etc Clause 3 - if trustees wish to improve land or erect buildings then they may enter the land on giving ii) at least one month's notice If ii) wish to effect improvements then they shall submit plans to i) at least one month beforehand This demise shall be ineffective if there are parish boundary changes, the parish ceases to function as a separate parish of the Council's recreation grounds are taken over by any other body Each third anniversary (or six months prior to it) i) having inspected the premises are entitled to serve on ii) a notice specifying any failure to fulfil its covenants. If not put right within 6 months then i) may determine lease There is to be a meeting of i) and ii) in February each year to discuss any matters concerning the lease 1st schedule - land in Harlington known as Bury Orchard (8.840a) 2nd schedule On trust to permit same to be used by people residing in the Civil Parish of Harlington Sign of H P Whiskin and E M Lee Wits R L Wancke, Leighton Buzzard E Swain, Diamond End, near Luton 1 October 1973 With covering letter and top copy & 2 carbon Particulars of Instrument transferring or leasing land, made for the Inland Revenue 12, 15 Oct 1973
