Scope and Content
Letter from J.F.Wright of The Shieling, Chapel Street, Woburn Sands [Buckinghamshire], chartered surveyor to R.Manley of 90 Mount Pleasant, Aspley Guise: "As I explained to Mrs.Manley when I met her recently I am pleased to have received official planning and bye-law approval for the new access and the alteration you are proposing to carry out at 90 Mount Pleasant. I handed the bye-law notification cards to Mrs.Manley and these should be sent off at the stages indicated during the course of the works. The planning approval for the access contained a condition that it should be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the highway authority and I have ascertained from that authority that the only requirement is that the level of the ground just inside the new access must be kept slightly higher than the level of the roadway immediately outside. I enclose my account, as requested, for fees in respect of this application and if you should require any further advice or assistance on any point I shall be happy to help in any way I can".
