    Copy Will of Hen. Fish Palmer of Ickwell, Northill, esq. Body to be buried in a private manner in the north part of the churchyard of Northill. Rec. Marriage Settlement with w. Eliz. d. of Jas. Ingram late of Barnet, gent. - - manor of Finchampstead, Berks., to raise 2,000 which is confirmed. Money to be pd.: 5 to s. Jas., 5 to s. Rog., remainder divided among chn., Jeremy, John, Edw., Tho. and Eliz. To w. chariot and pair of coachhorses, and all jewels, plate and linen and household goods, and 100. Releases to sons Chas. and Jeremy rents of houses in which they live - Chas. in Berks., Jere. in Bedford. To 'worthy friends' John Heaviside of Hatfield, Herts., 20 guineas. To Wm. Fisher, carpenter, s. of late old servt. Jos. Fisher, 20 'which I intended to have given his father'. All real estate in Beds. and Mdlx., and pers. estate to John Heaviside and sons Chas., Jere. and John, in trust to raise money to pay debts and legacies etc. Rec. that s. Jere. has had 1,000 in part of his fortune, s. John 400 and s. Tho. 200; these sums are to be deducted from their share of the real and pers. estates. Wtns. Hen. Nettleship, Tho. Markham, Th. Kidman. proved 27 Jan. 1785.
