(b) piece of land in Aspley Guise measuring 72 yards on SW, 46 yards on NE, 15 yards on SE and 39 yards on NW and containing half an acre save land sold to William Rosson in Z1278/2/4/4 - for which see Z1278/2/4/6
(c) three cottages and a barn erected on (b) by Thomas Rosson formerly in occupation of Mary Rosson, Robertson, Crewt [sic] and John Asbee [sic], now of William Rayner, George Stapleton and Frederick Crute
