    Appointment and Feoffment Parties: (i) Robert Charles Orlebar of Husborne Crawley, esquire; (ii) Thomas Rosson of Woburn, victualler; (iii) William Cobb the younger of Woburn, grocer Reciting: - Conveyance by Lease & Release of 30/31 May 1823 between (1) Thomas Foxley; (2) William Harland; (3) (i); (4) Thomas Day in which (a) with further land and a cottage was conveyed to uses appointed by (3) Operative Part: - (i) appointed and enfeoffed (a) to (ii) for £2 Property: (a) land in Aspley Guise measuring 27 feet on NE, 24 feet on SE, 22 feet on SW and 24 feet on NW and containing 3 perches in occupation of Thomas Robinson; other land of (i) on NE; highway from south end of Husborne Crawley towards highway from Aspley Guise to Woburn on SE; land sold in Z1278/2/4/1 on SW and NW Habendum - to (i), to uses appointed by (ii), to use of (ii) for life, to use of (iii) during the life of (ii) in trust for (ii) to bar dower, to use of (ii) for ever Witnesses: - Richard Ambrose Reddall of Woburn, attorney; - W.Cutting of Aspley Guise, officer of excise
