'being sick and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding'
First - all that cottage or tenement with appurtenances in Harrold heretofore rebuilt and made into several tenements and now occupied by testator with the commons to the said cottage, and also all the residue of real and personal estate to wife Judith to sell and dispose of as thinks fit 'the better to enable her ... to breed up and provide for my children'. Wife Judith named sole executor. Witnesses: George Makeham, Thomas Surridge and Francis Pratt.
