His father afterwards took the assignment of a lease of a house in St. Marys held of St. Johns Hospital for £20 consideration and was to keep the house in repair and pay the yearly rent of 14 shillings. Served his apprenticeship with his father for 4 years when he volunteered for the Beds. Militia and continued in the Militia the remaining 3 years. Married 3 years ago to w. Sarah at Pertenhall. 1 child.
