    - messuage, cottage or tenement backhouse brewhouse yard garden and orchard with appurtenances in Harrold and commonly called by the name of the Red Lion together with all cellars, solars, chambers, rooms, brewhouses, shops, barns stables yards gardens orchards ways etc. now or late in the occupation of Judith Mee. Yearly rent of five pounds. Judith Mee grants to James Mee all household goods, implements and utensils for baking brewing and husbandry and all other goods and chattels left on the premises at the time of her leaving to hold forever to the only proper use and behoof of James Mee and his heirs and for none other intent or purpose whatsoever.
