Sam. Boddington, cordwainer. Son of Jn. Boddington, St. Marys, who is under cert. from St. Peters. Apprenticed to his father "but lived but a short time with him" and was assigned over to Jas. Field, St. Pauls, whom he served 7 years. He is inrolled in the Beds. Militia "and has been Encamped with them for seven years & Upwards and has been in Actual Service three difft. times".
