by a resolution of a meeting of the trustees passed on 21 July 1977 ii) were empowered to execute this lease on behalf of the Trustees i) demises to ii) - property in 1st schedule called the Playing Field reserving to i) all minerals, trees, nests and eggs of game, sporting rights, rights of way, right to maintain water course and to enter land to inspect state Term - 10 years from 30 June 1976 Rent - £15 p.a. Playing field not to be treated as a market garden i) may regain possession at 3 months notice for building, mining, quarrying and planting trees, except use for agriculture Schedule (first) - land as on plan (attached) being part of Manor Farm, Felmersham Schedule (second) Gives tenant's covenants i.e. repair, not to kill game, not to allow land to be used for camping, protection against fire etc Schedule (third) Landlord's covenants for peaceable enjoyment Seal of i) and sigs of director and secretary
