View of the nave and chancel looking east. The S gallery has curtains at its windows & there is a strange & probably temporary banner. Evensong hymns – 142 is for Rogationtide, so the picture was taken in May.

Scope and Content
One (Bedwell Series) posted 1903 to Miss Eva Swaffield message reads 'I don't think you have one like this 'Twill fill another space coos.'
Another card posted Wednesday 3 December 1913 to L J Swaffield, Elstow School from his mother, message reads 'Can you see where we sit at church? I expect you will get this tonight as I am going to post it early. I hope you are feeling a little better this morning. I am expecting to hear from you tomorrow. Best Love dear from mother.'
The third card not used but same as one used in 1913.
