Will of Mary Middleton of Sundon, widow:
- bequeathing to her nephew Richard Filler (son of her brother Richard) £20;
- bequeathing to her niece Sarah (elder daughter of her sister Ann Filler) £30;
- bequeathing to her nephew Daniel Broughton (son of her sister Sarah) £20;
- bequeathing to her niece Jane Bullman (daughter of her brother William Filler) and her niece Sophia Lawman (daughter of her brother Thomas Filler) £10 each;
- bequeathing the residue of her personal estate to her nephew Jonathan (son of her sister Elizabeth Reynolds) upon trust to invest £460 to pay an annuity of £13 to her sister Elizabeth Reynolds and , after her death, to give £300 to his son Jonathan and £50 to George, son of her sister Elizabeth Reynolds, £40 to William, son of her nephew William Reynolds, £20 to Elizabeth, daughter of William Reynolds and £20 each to Richard and Hannah, children of William Reynolds and £10 to Mary Chandler (daughter of Elizabeth Reynolds);
- Jonathan Reynolds to be sole executor;
