Walter Thomas Finedon of 123 Bower Street, Bedford, and subsequently of 70 George Street, was a bellringer at St.Peter's, Bedford. By trade he was a stonemason employed by Samuel Wainwright Jarvis of Midland Road. He died on 2nd June 1928, aged 45. His cousin Chris Finedon was also a ringer in Bedford. The donor is Walter Finedon's eldest surviving son.
