    To be sold in 6 lots briefly as follows: - Lot 1 - four freehold cottages on the main road, Greenfield, Pulloxhill, two with thatched roofs let to Mr Chapman, 2 with slated roofs let to messrs Dudley (Post Office) and Weston, gardens, timber and tiled barns, earth closets, wash house with copper. Believed to have the right of obtaining water from the pump at rear of the adjoining property known as The Compasses Inn. - Lot 2 - Dwelling house with two stall stable, loft, open cart shed and large garden in Mill Lane Greenfield in the occupation of Jonas Horne. Customary freehold of the manor of Flitton. - Lot 3 - Two freehold cottages, Mill Lane, Greenfield let to Messrs A Palmer and G Smith. - Lot 4 - Freehold enclosure of 12 acres 3 roods of meadowland known as The Kimnells, Flitwick let to James Goodman - Lot 5 - 'Old Fashioned Country Residence known as The Cottage, Brook Lane, Flitton' containing 2 ac 2 poles, vacant possession - Lot 6 - Two brick and timber-built and thatched 'Old-World Cottages' let to Sam King. All to be sold by trustee under the will of the late Mary Ann Smith Osborn.
