Specification of Works required to be done in restoring, enlarging and refitting the church of St. Paul under the direction and superintendence of Robert Palgrave, architect.

Includes list of church fittings to be sold - Corporation pew, pulpit and stairs, wall panelling, four staircases, painting of the Royal Arms, four clock dials on face of tower, etc. Clock & organ to be removed, font in nave to be destroyed, gives work for bricklayer, waller and mason, which includes taking down tower completely, new north aisle to nave and chancel; and work for carpenter, joiner and ironmonger, work for smith and founder, work for plasterer, work for plumber, work for glazier and work for painter and stainer.
