Letter from J.Sharland of 39 Bishopsgate Street, London to Joseph Procter at Lake Street, Leighton Buzzard "Referring you to a conversation I had with you, when I last saw you, in London Bridge; I now beg to introduce the subject then spoken of, in a business shape. The Trust that I then solicited you to accept is for Mrs.Millard's Life time and then for Mrs.Sharland's and your Co-Trustees will be A.Ashfield and Frank Bassett, both of whom have consented to act, and to act with you. A.Ashfield's illness alone has retarded the business, but now, if you will be so kind as to signify your assent to me, it will be put in a train of final arrangement. Trusting that you are in Health and full of enjoyment"
