Letter to Charles Reeve from J.Procter of 197 Bishopsgate Street Without, London " I call'd upon Mr.Collier to Day in the hopes that he would be prepared to make you an Offer on my behalf for the Property (ncluding Manley's House) but find he had not finish'd his calculation. He stated he was waiting for some information from you and led me to believe that the result as to the Brewery property would be considerably under the sum named in the statement given to me - knowing how desirable a speedy decision in these matters is I have press'd him to lose no time and he has promised that in 2 or 3 Days at the furthest he will place me in a position to make such an offer as his valuation of the property will warrant"
