- TitleWill of John Fox of Leighton Buzzard, maltster of 11 May 1799 (proved in Peculiar of Leighton Buzzard 19 Feb 1800): - to John Buttfield of Potsgrove, dairyman, John Craggs of Leighton Buzzard, woolstapler and David Willis of Leighton Buzzard, gentleman all his real estate upon trust for sale and division of proceeds amongst testator's children; - deferment of sale of cottage, malt kiln, malting, bakehouse, offices and premises in North End, Leighton Buzzard until his son Charles became 21 and had a chance to purchase it; - to John Buttfield, John Craggs and David Willis all his stock as grazier and dairyman with crops of grass and hay for them to carry on the business for the rest of the term of his lease or for sale as was thought best; - to John Buttfield, John Craggs and David Willis the residue of his personal estate for realisation and division amongst his children, unless any of them wished to take some of the goods instead; - witnesses: James Sharp; David Lee Willis; Charles Willis
