- TitleAcknowledgement Reciting: - Percy Procter of Leighton Buzzard, gentleman, entitled to copyhold messuages held by Manor of Leighton Buzzard alias Grovebury in Market Place, Leighton Buzzard with warehouse etc. belonging in occupation of Joseph Glaisyer and Richard Harris, bootmaker; - Percy Procter had an ancient window on ground floor of warehouse opening onto passage between warehouse and ground and Richard Harris recently, without licence or consent of Percy Procter, erected a workshop on the ground and raised a small boundary wall opposite the window which, together, obstructed its light Operative Part: - Richard Harris agreed he had no right to obstruct light and air of window; - agreed that workshop and wall erected by Richard Harris not of right but at will of Percy Procter who could demand removal of workshop and reduction to original height of boundary wall at any time Witness: - John Heaton of Leighton Buzzard, solicitor
