An Actual Survey of the Mannor and Lordship of Thorney in the Isle of Ely and County of Cambridge Belonging to The Most Noble John Duke of Bedford Taken in 1752 & 1753 by Vincent Wing. Colourful floral & scrollwork cartouche surmounted by the Duke's coat of arms. 57" x 65"; ink & watercolour on paper: 11" = 1 mile. Map badly damaged due to its being coated with varnish at some time and not helped by someone upsetting an inkwell on the lower portion.
