Copy Agreement drawn up by R.Hill Dawe of Kings Cross Station Parties: (i) Great Northern Railway Company; (ii) Alfred Brooke Blakeney of Low Laithes Colliery Company, Wakefield [Yorkshire] Reciting: - Z1032/Arl/1/1 and 3 and building of the sidings; - both agreements terminated in Oct 1913, all rent having been duly paid; - London & Arlesey Brick Company works had been closed for some time and were now vested in (ii) on behalf of the Brick Company debenture holders; - (i) proposed to remove the rails and materials used in construction of the sidings Operative Part: - (i) sold their interest in rails and materials used to construct the sidings to (ii) for 100; - (ii) not allowed to use the sidings for transport without consent of (i)
