- (a)-(c) below, together with other premises, were held by Joseph Barnard of Bedford, merchant as assignee of Thomas Hensman, gentleman, under a lease which would expire on 25 Mar 1803 at rent of 58/1/- per annum and purchasers of (a), (b) and (c) would receive 3, 5 and 4 respectively as apportionment of rent to commemce from 25 Dec 1799;
