Title
Agreement:
1) Philip Birt, Rector of Blunham
2) Thomas Hubbard and Matthew Tatman of Mogerhanger, yeomen
Lease by 1) to 2) from Lady Day last for 3 years, of:
- all manner of tithes, offerings and commodities belonging to 1) within the hamlet or division of Mogerhanger (the tithes within the division of Blunham together with all profits from mortuaries, marriages, burials, churchings or christenings being reserved and excepted) for the above term provided that 1) shall so long live and continue as Rector of Blunham
Annual rent: 140 payable to 1) at the Vicarage house at Flitton by equal quarterly payments of 35 on St.John the Baptists's day, 30 August, Michaelmas and Lady Day.
2) to pay all rates and taxes except Land Tax, payable by 1)
If 1) should die, resign, or be removed from the Rectory during Harvest time, then Tithes to be divided in proportion.
